Environmental Policy

Matsuo Industries. Inc. will actively promote the creation of a livable society and a prosperous environment through business activities that take environmental protection into consideration, and will act to realize a sustainable society.

1. In accordance with the requirements of ISO14001, we will review our environmental management system to ensure that our actions are more reliable, and strive for continuous improvement.
2. We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and other requirements.
3. Under our Environmental Management System, we will prioritize the following activities focused on reducing our environmental footprint:
   ・Energy Conservation (Energy saving)
   ・Waste Reduction
   ・Pollution Prevention
4. We will take into account the sustainable use of resources, mitigation of and adaptation to climate change, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
5. We will develop and provide environmentally friendly products by assessing the environmental impact of our products throughout their life cycles in advance through the promotion of design reviews.
6. We will strive to communicate with local communities and customers to earn their trust.
7. We will make our environmental policy known to all employees and related parties, and raise environmental awareness through education and awareness activities.
