BCP Initiatives

BCP is a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for companies and organizations in emergency situations such as disasters. The purpose of a BCP is to minimize damage in the event of a crisis situation such as a natural disaster, terrorist attack, or system failure, and to ensure the continuation and early recovery of important operations. Especially in Japan, the importance of BCP has been attracting more and more attention in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011.
Matsuo has been preparing an emergency communication network, emergency stockpiles, and procedures and simulations for recovery.
